ATTENTION PEEK FAMILY: Just a reminder that everyone should be bringing a bag of charcoal for the cooking on Sat. Also, a meat, side dish, and/ or dessert enough to share for the Sat meal. All other meals are completely on your own. Everyone should be providing some plasticware,cups, and some paper/styro plates on Sat. Just like ten-twenty five each family should be good. I have been providing them, as well as cups, paper towel and napkins, but I cannot do it this year. Last year Sherry and Paul provided some too. This year we are going to also have a meeting of sorts, and try to nail down some procedures to help make this more efficient. All meats that need to be cooked will need to be at the pavillion in the morning on Sat so it can be cooked. We will need a couple people to man the grill at two also. All sides and desserts will need to be at the pavillion by noon on Saturday. Time of meal will be announced later. Looking toward fivish.
