ATTENTION! THE 1ST ILIGAN MORAL RECOVERY PROGRAM – VALUES FORMATION IMAGES OF MORAL INTELLIGENCE PHOTO CONTEST has moved its deadline of submission of entries on May 20, 2014. JUDGING, PRIZES AND AWARDS 1. Judging will be on May 21, 2014 (Wednesday). Entries that do not comply with the requirements are automatically removed from the selection. Decisions of the judges are final and binding. 2. Entries will be judged according to these criteria: 40% - Image and Visual Composition (impact to the reader of the principles/concept explained on the description and the fitness of the image to its description) 25% - Moral Intelligence (strength and Quality of the Moral Values, Attitude, Behavior or Character rendered in the Image) 25% - Uniqueness and Out-of-the-box- Creativity 10% - Over-all Appeal and Quality 3. Prizes: Grand Prize P 5,000.00 + certificate Second Prize 4,000.00 + certificate Third Prize 3,000.00 + certificate Fourth Prize 2,000.00 + certificate 4. The winners will be notified through an SMS, phone call and official email from May 26-28, 2014 (8am - 5pm). 5. The winners will be invited to the Awarding Day on June 2, 2014 (Monday) in Anahaw Amphitheater during the City Hall Flag Raising Ceremony to witness the announcement of winners and receive their prize/s. A valid ID must be presented to claim their prize/s. 6. In the event that the winner cannot physically claim his/her prize at the Flag Raising Ceremony, the prize may be redeemed at the Moral Recovery Program-Values Formation Office in the Iligan City Hall. Winners may claim their prize by presenting a valid ID. 7. Redemption period shall be within sixty (60) days from notification. Prizes not redeemed within the redemption period shall be forfeited. 8.
