ATTENTION! This is IMPORTANT REGARDING THE FAMILY PROJECT! Hi everyone. I have been hearing a lot of mixed feedback about this program, and I feel that people forget the true meaning of the Family Project. I will stress the difference between CLAIMING and actually CONNECTING with your little. Claiming means choosing and calling a little yours without actually getting to know them, hanging out with them, and giving them no choice but to choose you as their big, making things AWKWARD. Connecting with your little, is actually hanging out with each other, having common interests, and wanting each other mutually. Becoming a big is supposed to bring your little out to KSA events and hanging outside together. Becoming a little is learning about KSA while seeking advice on different topics, just to name a few things. I am being told of how stressful finding a big or little is but you really shouldnt have to find or look for anyone, it should naturally happen. We see who gets along with each other and who hangs out with each other, if we dont see, post pictures about it! Talk to me, Jun, or Bryant, about what you guys do together, instead of a who you want. Another way that will help you guys get together, is being number 1 on EACH others list. These lists are PRIVATE, do not being forced into picking certain people. You will be paired based on a lot of factors and choices are still a big deciding factor. WARNING. We will NOT be able to please everyone. We will NOT be able to give everyone their first choice: If you are going to abandon your big/little if you dont get anyone in your TOP 5 list, please do not apply to the Family Project. You can be close friends outside of the Family Project, we arent stopping you from being friends with each other you know? If you plan to abandon a little or big because it is someone you didnt want, do not apply. If you would rather get NO littles than a random little, do not apply. If you or your family have specific requirements to be your little, do not apply If you will be upset or angry with ANYONE after the reveal because of a pairing, DO NOT APPLY. We want to encourage unity and we dont want people to assume that they wont like the little they are given. The point of Family Project to create a bond with each other, using KSA as a bridge. I also want to explain how Priority works here. To ensure everything is even and fair, and that their is no such thing as big or little neglect. If you are an officer with no little, you will get a little, then if you are a KSA big with no little, you will get a little next. Basically, the more littles you have, the less chance you will get another little. It is also about how active you are in KSA. This is about RECEIVING any little, NOT THE LITTLE OF YOUR CHOICE. We will make sure everyone little has a big. Whether it is a big of your choice or top 5, it is up to SHOWING that you actually hang out and talk with each other.
