We would like to offer ANOTHER of our loyal Facebook followers (and a friend) the chance to experience our most popular cooking class with Matteo @ Casa Carboni in Angaston, South Australia. On Saturdays this class begins with a visit to the Barossa Farmers Market at 8am where you will have the chance to meet many of our fantastic suppliers then at 9am meet back at CC for a pre class coffee... then its 3 hours completely hands on in the kitchen preparing 4 recipes: antipasto (entree), fresh pasta, risotto or gnocchi and dessert...and then from 12pm - 2pm you will be seated in the Enoteca (a few steps from the kitchen) to enjoy your delicious 4 course long lunch with a glass of wine.... Matteos classes are relaxed and lots of fun, full of wonderful Barossa Farmers Market , Barossa Cheese & other local producers produce. Classes are limited to 8 people in order to have plenty of one on one time. The school is owned and operated by husband and wife team Matteo & Fiona Carboni - Matteo migrated to Australia from northern Italy in late 2011 and decided to call Angaston home after discovering the abundance of extraordinary fresh produce available to him and the beautiful community in the Barossa Valley.... Casa Carboni is open to the public from 9am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday for coffee, house made Italian treats and lunch.
