ATTN PEEPS! I am selling my timeshare at Vacationland Estates in Island Falls Maine. I have week 2, unit 75 which is a two bedroom/sleeps 6 unit. The week isnt the greatest because if you are looking for being able to snow sled or ice fish .... we know that we dont always have snow and/or ice. However, if you truly like to relax, like read, watch movies or tv, swim/hot pool, or play games this week of the yeah isnt bad ..... it is a perfect week to relax after the holidays! It is also a great deal to bank the time and swap for a unit at another location! And even for another time of the year! Absolutely wonderful for a young family! I have paid the taxes on the unit. The maintenance fee is due at the beginning of week 2 (approximately $249). I would like to get $1,000 for it. In addition, the buyer would be responsible to pay the closing fees (I believe I was told this was around $250). Less then $2,000 for a week that you would own forever!
