ATTN: all friends that work or have worked at a non-profit/start up/organization with a humanitarian/progressive vision, please weigh in: I am trying to convince this nu-school/think tank that I should attend...however, they want me to be able to deliver something concrete and tangible...a service I can provide that will turn into a career one day. Most of the other Inventives are dudes creating an app or designing a start up, very left brained and blatantly entrepreneurial, probably a bunch of yung steve jobs, lol. They only have one other artist but even she is working on a sustainability start-up. I need your help! If you have worked at an organization like the one I describe, what concrete service could a young artist/writer/creative offer to companies that would be of use? I have been brainstorming for weeks but I am not the best at thinking pragmatically/ in terms of marketing....I dont naturally think with a profit motive in mind so this has been really tough. Would deeply appreciate suggestions, thank you so much
