AUGUST 20, 2013 Protective Services Officers unleash capsicum spray on each other during a fight at a Melbourne station A FIGHT between two Protective Services Officers (PSOs) reportedly led to the two men unleashing their capsicum spray on each other at a Melbourne train station. The incident is believed to have taken place in the last two weeks and was reported by 3AW. The Herald Sun has been told the two PSOs were of Indian descent. A source, who asked not to be named, said: “Apparently it was some kind of tribal qualm. “Some members of the public witnessed it.
