I just came back from something interesting. Something I think may have been a bad idea for dealing with this virus raging through me, but overall good for my mind and soul. I saw a film I always intended to see, and got to listen to and even share a few words with a man who has lived the sort of life that I know I want for myself and I hope can befall many of my friends. I hope, one day, to be sitting on his side of the table, as I am certain friends like Damian Aiden Field and Jeffrey Cook would be fine with as well for themselves. And this amazing evening, where I spent too much money and had too much fun despite laryngitis and fatigue, was due to a video posted by one of my favorite singers.
