***AVERAGE RATED*** A volunteer writes: Domino is an elderly Shih Tzu relinquished into our care as his owners were moving to a place not allowing dogs. He is an easy going little fellow with cloudy eyes who finds nicely his way through any obstacles, walks well, climbs stairs and could be house trained. He can be carried without issue and is a good lap dog. He meets in a very civil way with other dogs, big or small. No wonder that Domino aced his behavioral evaluation at the care center.
