AVERAGE-rated wondepup, Star only has 12 hours to find a foster or adopter, otherwise her young life will be cut short. :( A volunteer writes: "Star is a attractive young female found as a stray. She is a bit on the shy side. Her beautiful hazel eyes look timidly into mine as I stand in front of her door. Star is a little wary entering the yard that hosts many dogs. Her hackles are slightly up. She is not sure... She walks closely by my side and enters the safety of a pen. With some encouragements and time, Star became more comfortable, coming to me at the call of her name, sitting on command and even posing for pictures. She seemed all happy at the sight of other pooches coming to say hello, her tail wagging like a window wiper. What a beautiful girl she is, wearing a cow print coat, well groomed, shiny, chocolate and vanilla. I love her brown nose that looks like a truffle in a bowl of milk. Star is so delicious. She is healthy looking, was a mother once upon a time and has a great figure, slightly muscular although so feminine. Star, after initial shyness, became more and more daring, all happy, I think to have company. She loved to run toward me, jump on my lap and shower my face with kisses. She really enjoyed that little game. She is quite a playful and friendly girl, full of life and so needy and ready to be the beloved pet you are looking for."
