***AWESOME AFTERNOON*** --> Initially, I was planning on driving to Barrie to meet my 1st Residential Real Estate Client (as an Articling Student; did this kind of clerical work for 3-4 years before graduating)...but she was in the area, so we had out 1st meeting at a nearby McDonalds...was PRETTY COOL!...since I also got this client referred to my firm (I know a bunch of Mortgage Brokers + Real Estate Agents through my past work...today, it just happened to be my MOMs Mortgage Client)...so, we were an ***UNOFFICIAL MOTHER-SON TEAM***...which was kinda neat...since I got to *SHOW-OFF* in front of my Mom...and I got to see her in *Action* too...and the CLIENT also seemed like a really Lovely + Hard-Working Person purchasing her 1st home (which are always the best kind!)...anyways, if ever working on such transactions...I would suggest printing the following *LAW SOCIETY* guidelines...and giving a copy to your client (only 12 pages)...now to post this on LinkedIn I guess (but in much less words...)...Cheers, + have a great night! - H.S.A.
