Aaaaaagh, all this San Juan Fire misinformation! For one, I dont think there is any way this fire could have been started along highway 60 just outside Show Low as some have been saying! Everybody PLEASE go to the GeoMac Viewer site below and check out for yourself the most accurate fire perimeters. At top right click the Jump to Wildfire drop down menu (looks like two arrows, one points up, one down.) Click on Dehose AZ...wait for it to focus. Now maybe 30 or so miles East and a little North you will see the San Juan Fire. (It is not named yet) You will need to play with the zooming function till you can see its yellow outline. When you get it in site go to the top left click on Data Layers Click the arrow next to Active Fires Make sure all 4 boxes are checked and you will see the most active, current fire perimeters. There is all sorts of info on this site. I hope this helps all.
