Aadarniya Loknete Swargiya Gopinathji Munde - Bhavpurna Shradhanjali.. Gopinath Pandurang Munde, Senior Leader of BJP & Union Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj in current cabinet. Gopinathji Munde was born in Parali, Maharashtra on 12 December 1949 was a friend, relative & colleague of Pramodji Mahajan. He got involved into active politics when he met Pramodji Mahajan and as a member of ABVP actively participated in the agitation against the state of emergency imposed by the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Gopinathji Munde was Opposition Leader in Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha for four years and was sworn as Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra from 1995 to 1999. Gopinathji Munde served as a member of 15th Loksabha & also won in 16th Loksabha election 2014 & was appointed as Minister of Rural Development in the current Cabinet. Gopinathji Munde met with a road accident in the early morning of 3rd June 2014, while on his way to Delhi Airport and was immediately rushed to AIIMS hospital. But suffered with cardiac arrest and was subsequently declared dead. A sudden demise of Gopinathji Munde has created a vacuum particularly in the Maharashtra Political Scenario and big loss for all of us...
