Aahhhh!! Ever feel overwhelmed by all that you have to do?! Today started like that and I started to panic and sit and stew, then I said forget it ;), and headed to the park and did a quick circuit of my favorite balance exercises. Balance burpee Swimmer plank Squat/oblique knee to elbow Boat abs alt w/cherry pickers Low lunge to 1 leg warrior bal Do each for 1min. Repeat 5x. Chase your tot around the playground for the remaining 15-30 min :)!!! Immediately felt awesome! Have a great day!
