Aam Aadmi Party files FIR against Raid in Rasheed compound. Police initiate high level action against responsible officer due to FIR filed by AAP. Blanket combing operation by Maharashtra Police in Mumbra. 128 individuals including children, ladies and aged were arrested from Rashid Compound on 13th March 2014 between 1.00 AM to 4.00 AM. After much dilly dally and drama done by various political parties AAP led by Dr. Abu Altamash Faizi followed the procedure and contacted each and every individual who who was arrested by police; took them to CP thane and showed the videos and photo clips how the attrocities were done. After meeting with CP, Aam Aadmi party decided to file FIR against the raiding police party. AAP mumbra and kalwa unit alomg with legal cell prepared the whole case paper in which the attrocities done by the police party was noted down along with notary and the complete case paper was submitted to the CP where the FIR was registered on all police officers involved in raid. If no action is taken against the responsible personnel. AAM AADMI PARTY will approach court in next 10 days. There are various other things are being done which are underway so as to prevent further high headedness of police. We will keep you posted of all our activities done in that regard.
