Aam Janta requires Justice Public Demand: Permanent closure of Gate No. 3, Ch. Devi Lal Stadium, Gohana. Complain matter: DC and SDM are not solving the matter by permanently close of Gate no.3, Ch. Devi Lal Stadium, Gohana. Complain Time: Since last 8 months 1. We are residents of Adarsh Nagar, Gohana. A door cum Gate No.3, Ch Devi Lal Stadium, Gohana has been constructed towards Adarsh Nagar, in north direction of mini stadium, which is before center of a home door. It is creating problem to us. Haryana Government and administration is overlooking the matter. 2. Drunkards abusing, throw bricks on home doors and make urine at door as said in Para 1. Drinkers take liquor here till late night. Naughty people makes hooting and Molestation with females before this door as said in Para 1. It has also become an unauthorized parking area. Any accident may happen. 3. Complains has been made to SDM Gohana cum Chairman Stadium Committee by residents of Adarsh nagar, to close permanently this gate as said in Para 1 by making wall. But no action is taken by him. Complains were also made to CM office, CS Haryana office, Commissioner Rohtak, DC Sonepat, DSP Gohana, SHO Gohana and SP Sonepat. 4. Many complaints were lodged at harsamdhan.gov.in by me since October, 2013, which is grievance portal of Haryana. These were forwarded to DC Sonepat and then to SDM Gohana. But these are not solved till now. Thus Administration is overlooking the matter. 5. A letter was issued by SDM Gohana to DSP Gohana for investigation of complains & to Secretary, Municipal Committee, Gohana, as enclosed, for survey from residents of Adarsh Nagar, Gohana who are in favor of open and closer of gate as said in Para 1 on 18/03/2014. DSP Gohana has sent his report in favor of closer and Secretary, Municipal Committee, Gohana also sent survey report (conducted between residents of Adarsh Nagar, where 45 people were in favor of closer and one only in favor to open who is member of Stadium committee) to SDM Gaohna, which is also in favor of closer of gate. But no action is taken by SDM Gohana on these reports. 6. .We requested to CM Haryana Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, to give directions to SDM Gohana, to make close permanently by making wall at the place of door as said in Para 1 and complaints made as per Para 3, as per Public demand in survey as per Para 5. we prayed to make special investigation against SDM Gohana and DC Sonepat for not taking any action as per Para 5.
