TLDW: Eat bro and you dont have to worry about overshooting one meals protein portion and not gonna utilize the protein properly. At the 6:00 mark, he talks about how the nitrogen excretion of protein digestion/synthesis was no different from 1 meal of 150gm vs 5 meals of 30gm. More important is blood sugar stability (which supports the principle of eating small meals throughout the day) accompanying your protein intake for muscle synthesis or maintenance! TLDR: Dont worry. Just eat and eat your proteins/carbs per your bodys needs!
