We are looking for a ‘’Research Associate’’ for our value and success driven team and offering excellent growth opportunities for candidates who have qualifications below; The Role - Research Associate As Research Associate, you will be in charge of effective building, improving and administering of industry and function-based candidate and organizations database; providing in-depth search support to assignments. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Actively searching for and identifying high-caliber candidates and key talents for Turkey’s best-run companies. • Conducting in-depth market and industry sector intelligence, doing talent mapping and monitoring client news and changes in organizational structure. • Recording and updating information about people, organizations and activities using the company’s CRM and information systems. • Supporting assignments with in-depth database and Internet-based searches. • Suggesting ways to improve database and information sharing. • Supporting the GM with business development and execution, including creation of up-to date direct marketing lists and presentations. • Conducting initial phone and reference check interviews. • Arrange both Abago and Client candidate interviews. • Attend interviews as an observer and reporter; prepare competency based candidate reports. • Being responsible for the company’s CRM system as a system administrator. Ideal Person – Profile • Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial or Management Engineering. • Aims to pursue a career in Human Resources Management and/or Consulting field. • Previous work and/or internship experience will be a definite asset. • Enjoys working with information. • Must be highly organized, analytical, accurate and detail oriented. • Empathic communicator and positive mental attitude. • A zest for problem solving and an ability to think creatively. • Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior executives. • Excellent Turkish and English skills. • Excellent computer, internet and social media skills. • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. • Well presented and businesslike. • Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. • Able to get on with others easily and be a team-player.
