Abbotsford Council Townhall and Mayoral Debate October 21 & 23, 2014 Matsqui Centennial Auditorium Several non-profit organizations in Abbotsford will be collectively hosting both a Council Townhall and a Mayoral Debate on Tuesday, October 21st and Thursday, October 23rd, respectively. The event will focus on three key areas: arts & culture, the environment, and social services. The Council Townhall will afford residents to ask one, 30-second question to a specific candidate; the Mayoral Debate will consist of questions prepared by the organizing committee, which will be asked by a moderator. Both events will be held at the Matsqui Centennial Auditorium with doors opening at 6:30pm and proceedings beginning at 7:00pm. Both evenings will end at approximately 9:30pm.
