Abellio greater eastern My name is Terry Gray And I get the 658am train out of Chelmsford to Liverpool st every morning and pay your selfs £114.80. For the that privilege I normally get to stand up for the hole 40 minuets journey thats if under the unusual circumstances your train is not delayed. Ill get to my point why is half my train made up of first class cartridges that are nearly always empty and the peasant class always full and people then sitting all over the floor. I believe people should able to pay for a first class ticket so they can travel in a bit of luxury a little over and above from the normal seats. But I also believe you should cater for the normal class and not take the piss out of us by filling half a train with first class cartridges that are not being used...
