About Company JNIF Technologies Job Description Technical Support Executives Job Description: • Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed norms • Remote support of desk tops and lap tops • Configuration of modem & router • Removal of virus • Installation of windows & MAC • Configuration of computer peripherals (Printers, scanner etc.) Education: • Any Graduates (10+2) / PG/ Diploma holders with Good knowledge of Hardware, Networking and Operating System (BCA,MCA, B.Sc IT , M.Sc IT will be preferred). Experience: • Minimum 1 year Experience International BPO experience in a Voice process or a six months experience in Tech Support preferred. Skills: • Typing speed of 25 WPM with 80% accuracy is a mandatory requirement Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written, with a neutral accent • Computer Fundamentals • An aptitude for computer troubleshooting Basic knowledge of hardware, Internet, networking and OS Terms and Conditions: • Flexible to work in international Time zones, esp. US Shift, this can start any time between 5PM-11PM and 9 hours working time. • Will be eligible for JNIF performance incentive subject to company guidelines • Should not be attending any regular classes/ courses/ trainings etc at the time of application as training can be day/night shift.
