About a week ago I read a snippet at the side of a newspaper that said, 7 men in Afghanistan found guilty of raping women.. What next ? They were sentenced to death... So simple and appropriate.. But here in our country while our lawmakers are quick to conclude that the crime was heinous and gruesome... They are also sitting scratching their heads wondering if the punishment should be heinous and gruesome as well.... So to conclude, women in our country shall continue to be raped and their modesty outraged... Its almost like business as usual the country will read the newspapers... There will be strong protests, and our big shots in the Supreme Court and elsewhere I don’t know, shall worry their asses off taking their own sweet time to decide the punishment.
