About forgotten Rayalaseema in Andhra Pradesh Date:-15.2.2014. Dear friends, I like to inform you that there are three regions in this A.P.state and the worst effected region is the Rayalaseema. The Coastal Andhra people are really intellectuals and they know how to cheat others. Earlier they had only seven districts with a population and area of 30% at the time of State Formation in 1953.At that time Kurnool was the capital of Andhra State and Nandyal was the district Headquarter.After the formation Andhra Pradesh with the merger of Telengana,Rayalaseema has lost its capital from Kurnool to Hyderabad with another loss of district status to Nandyal.The Andhra Intellectuals slowly looted the education and employment opportunities of other two regions. Then the Presidential Orders 1975 have been introduced and under the orbit of the said rules they have cheated and looted the employment & educational opportunities of Telengana as well as Rayalaseema. They looted the resources of other regions. The people of Rayalaseema are innocent and the leaders are selfish. They do not know the meaning of Article 371-D and its shelter to the backward regions. In Andhra Region new districts of Vizianagaram and Prakasam have been created. According to Presidential Orders 1975, even one post of any region cannot be shifted with out the consent of the President. But the area of Kurnool district i.e.Giddalur,Cumbum, Markapuram,Turimella have been shifted with many offices to Andhra Region. Thus they have increased their position from 30% to 36% and the Rayalaseema drowned from 28% to 22%.By the separation of Telengana,there is no loss to Andhra Region,as they have wisely cheated the other two regions.It is worst effected is not SEEMANDRA,IT IS SEEMA RAYALA SEEMA only. It is a fact that the Area and population of the present Rayalaseema is more than the Area of Haryana and Punjab States. Haryana has 90 M.L.As.and 12 M.Ps. and the Punjab has 117 M.L.As.and 13 M.Ps.Rayalaseema has two crore population with an area of 67,299 Square Kilometers. We do have sufficient resources like mining cement, lime stone,granite,colour slabs and iron ore. In the name of unity we have lost the capital from Kurnool to Hyderabad and thus we have forced to loose nearly ten laths of job opportunities. We have also lost the Nandyal district when telengana has merged with the Andhra. Now Telengana is going to separate and we have a right to get back the state capital to Kurnool at once. Andhra people say Samaikyandhra and this slogan is for looting further. They are wisely running the false agitations, as they don’t have any right to voice as to live together with other regions. Who will accept their demand? It is a selfish demand and their intention is to cheat the people of other regions. Now the people of Telengana have realized the Jackal attitude of Andhra people and the people of Rayalaseema are still believing the crocked words of Andhra people. Nellore is an intellectual district of Coastal Andhra and the remaining people of 8 districts afraid to compete with Nellore, as it is educationally most advanced district. Andhra People are very wise and they have created three zones for nine districts and for 10 districts of telengana, created only two zones. Hyderabad has been kept as a common zone and looted lakhs of employment opportunities of telengana people. By keeping Nellore district under the jurisdiction of S.V.University,the Nellore students are getting 65% M.B.B.S.seats under local quota, which is quite irregular and against to the Article 371-D of the Constitution of India. Again they are looting 15% seats of MBBS as a non local quota. In the name of presidential order the Andhra people are entering into the local quota in other two regions. But they did not allow a single member of other regions under the non local quota of 30% of Class III posts and 50% posts in Class II posts in employment. Is it not an injustice to this region? We have the Chief Ministers from this region, but no one has ever tried to rectify this serious injustice. So we have a right to get five lakh crores for the development of Rayalaseema alone and not to any other region. we support the separate Telengana State with Hyderabad as we do not have any right over the Hyderabad City. When we were in Tamilnadu,the Andhra people demanded for Madras and there the people of Rayalaseema faced worst treatment and physical attacks by the Tamilian groups.Andhra people wisely provoked the foolish people of Rayalaseema and escaped from there. Now they adopt the same theory of wisemen,that the Hyderabad is developed by them and that they have a right over this city.And this demand will get a bad name to all telugu speaking people in the entire world as well as in the entire country. They are in the habit of looting the opportunities of other innocent people. wherever It is their habit that where ever they go, they say that it is theirs. If they go to Bombay, they say that they have developed the Bombay and hence they deserve for special rights over Bombay. If they go to London, they say that it is theirs. We have lost the Bellary district to Karnataka,we have lost the capital to Hyderabad(Telengana).Now Telengana is going to be separated and we have a right to demand for the State Capital back to Kurnool. We wish to bring back the capital to Kurnool for the Seemandhra State and we don’t want any packages.. In view of the above we the people of Rayalaseema demand to shift the State Capital to Kurnool City at once as it was before 1956 as we have lost the progress for nearly sixty years.
