About ten years ago I am having dinner with friends at Campagnola on the Upper East Side with a bunch of friends and colleagues (Dennis ORourke, Peter and Michael Meyer and others) In comes Robin Williams with a small group, including Billy Crystal. Mr. Williams notices my bowtie, leaves his friends, and comes over and practically sits on my lap and entertains us to the point of tears. That was pure generosity on his part and by all reports a consistency of his nature. Thanks for sharing 10 minutes of your complicated life and creating a memory for a lifetime #RIPRobinWilliams
