He was predeceased by his father Albert Richard Bunn; brother Edward Keith Robson and nephew Edward Grant Robson. Darren is survived by his common-law wife Suzie Young; his mother Doreen; Godfather Dennis Johnston; siblings Janice, Laverne, Elaine (Murray), Kim (Charly), Christopher; children Christine (Donny), Dwayne (Marsella), Tyler, Teassa (Ryan), Kyle, Larissa, Shane; 12 beautiful grandchildren and many other family and friends. Darren would often visit with nephews, nieces and grandchildren and built very strong, memorable bonds with the children in his life. He was always smiling and laughing, a known joker, yet always able to offer a piece of wisdom to those in need. The family would like to thank the staff at the Health Sciences Centre. Wake and prayers will be held at Private Tommy Chief Hall in Scanterbury, MB on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. Service will follow on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. also at the Hall, officiated by Pastor Ray Cornish. Interment to follow in St. Phillips Cemetery, Scanterbury. Pallbearers will be Tod Young, Travis Lavallee, Charly Bunn, Lawrence Cook, Dave Harris and Will Thomas. Honorary Pallbearers are Buddy Maple, Mikey Maple, Greg Robson, John Hart, Victor Mitchell, Ryan West and Larry Richard. He always found good ways to make us laugh about ourselves. He shared some wisdom with me when I was feeling down when things didnt go right he kept telling me Annaleis my girl you have so much things to offer in this world dont you cry and dont you give up. Keep fighting for what you love. He told me he loves us all. Not only that he will never forget the good times that we all had.
