About two years a go the Southern PS-4 developed leaky flues. The flues where steel and welded in. This made it impossible to repair. A new boiler was ordered from Wayne L. Godshall. The boiled was delivered on time and the workmanship is excellent. Then I had problems with my left lung and this kept from working on the boiler instillation for almost a year. No I am happy to report that I am now working on getting the new boiler back on the locomotive. I will try to keep everyone informed of the progress. Hope to have the locomotive running by spring.
