Absolutely fantastic: 118 Scholarships given out! The Department of Education, Central Tibetan Administration distributed 118 scholarships for post graduate and professional studies out of 136 applicants. The decision was taken at the scholarship committee meeting held on 8th September, 2014. Recipients include 5 PhD, 3 MPhil, 107 Masters and 3 Chartered Accountancy candidates.
