Absolutely heartbroken... The mama kitty and her two babies that I saved back in September and took to have spayed yesterday was the sweetest mama kitty and only 2 years old and this morning I found her unresponsive . She apparently passed through the night . My heart is aching as I saved her and promised her a good life .... She was healthy and I was told the spay was routine with no complications . All I can think was it was a reaction to anesthesia or pain meds they gave her... I called Angels and they said I was only the second person out of 7,000 that this has happened to... Leave it to me to be a statistic .... I feel awful knowing I tried to help her and killed her...she was an amazing mom to her babies and held a special place in my heart . Rip angel and I promise to take good care of diamond and fatty mcbutter pants.... I keep picturing you trusting me with your paws tucked purring in your carrier on the way there ....Im so sorry
