Absolutely smashing Rock Shop Gig last night at The Corinna. 7 brilliant Rock Shop bands - highlights of the night in no particular order... our fabby girls NAILING Crash by The Primitives (tune of greatness!) a great rendition of Jailhouse Rock AND kicking off your set with Parisian Walkways (impressive chops)! A packed back bar all singing Hey Jude (a beutiful moment of togetherness) Blur, Elastica and Supergrass in the same set (I nearly died of excitement at this point), guest tambourine players, Nu-Metal duets from Rock Shops favourite couple, matching tartan leggings, an off the cuff version of Have yourself a merry little Christmas that would have brought a tear tae a glass een and an entire set of Motown awesomeness (that they kindly allowed me to play keys for - lovin it). Rounded it all off with a brilliant set from Bar Room Crawl (BBQ TONIGHT!!! Thank you guys!) Good times were had all round. Thanks to everyone who came along last night - well done to all the tutors... and to everyone whos supported us through 2014.
