Absolutely worthless report published today by the IOM. 0 recommendations on how to effectively expand a US physician workforce that will be short 130,000 docs by 2025. So disappointing to have spent so much time preparing and providing meaningful testimony back in December 2012, and then wait almost 2 full years for a 4 page compilation of generalities that does nothing more than create yet another federal committee to waste a decade mulling toothless ideas while patients wait longer and longer to see a doctor.
