Abuk Abuk Ingredient 1. 1 coconut without skin 2. 300g sago wash and drain well.Never soak sago in water it become soggy. 3. 4tsp sugar 4. 1tsp salt 5. Divide the mixture in 2 portion and colour one pink and the other green with 1-2 tsp pandan juice 6. 60g brown sugar well broken up from lumps and and mix with 30g sugar for filling 7. 40 pandan leaves made intocup for abok abok 8. fill ½ with pink and the filling and the rest with green and steam for 5 mins
