According to Lt. Jason Roberts, a juvenile was suspected of stealing in a local business recently. She had in her possession some of the items in question. She was charged with theft. Upon further investigation, it was discovered more items had been taken from that business and another business was also a victim and items were recovered that had been taken from them. The juvenile was charged with 2 counts of Theft from Inspirations and 1 count of Theft from Indigo Blue. A report came in to the Police Department on the 7th stating someone was getting through the fence, onto City property and climbing the water tower out behind Wal Mart. Some damage was reported. Then on the 10th, another report was filed similar to the first one. After an investigation, suspects were established …and taken into custody was James Farber and a juvenile. James was charged with 1 count of Vandalism and 2 counts of Criminal Trespass. The juvenile involved was also charged through Juvenile Court. Stanley Young has been taken into custody and charged with 2 counts of Theft Over $500, and 1 count of Theft Over $1,000. This is regarding the stolen trailer report from Church Street and Days Road a while back.
