According to one #Rohit_Singh_Mundalia a FIR has been filed in Hari Nagar Police Station , New Delhi against this group U/S 250 A and 153 A IPC. Now read Section 250A & 153A of IPC. There is no provisions as 250A in Indian Penal Code.However there is Section 250 IPC which reads as follows. . 250. Delivery of coin,possessed with knowledge that it is altered.—Whoever, having coin in his possession with respect to which the offence defined in section 246 or 248 has been committed, and having known at the time when he became possessed of such coin that such offence had been committed with respect to it, fraudulently or with intent that fraud may be committed, delivers such coin to any other person, or attempts to induce any other person to receive the same, shall be punished with impris onment of either description for a term which may extend to five years, and shall also be liable to fine. SO WE DONT ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND When and how this group actually commits such offence relating to Delivery of coin ? NOW 153 A IPC- 153A. Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony. NOW IF anybody post any threads, comments here with proof by links OR other authentic materials which proves his/her claims cant be said to commit an offence under this section if we fully interpreted this section of IPC. Actually our brother #Rohit_Singh_Mundalia himself committed a offence under this section or any other sections of Indian Penal code by threatening the members of this group by saying - ....madarchod tun sahid khan sale tera to gala cut ke rahe ga madarchod....
