Account Executive UAE NATIONALS ONLY •Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relations with customers providing post sales support as required ensuring customer satisfaction all the time. •Responsible for ensuring insurance premium is collected in line with the Company’s terms of business liaising with credit control to minimise outstanding debt. •Coordinate and execute timely production and dispatch of policies and associated documentation ensuring the accuracy of the documents in line with customer agreements and reinsurance placements. •Preparation of renewal submissions in respect of corporate and other small to medium sized accounts after detailed review of terms wordings risk improvement recommendations and past claims experience. •Work with the underwriting teams to ensure all enquiries are accompanied by a full and complete presentation of underwriting information competitor’s ratestermsconditions if available and any other commercial information for consideration of underwriters •Develop and maintain a systematic filing system and ensure up to date filing of documents correspondence. •Work under the guidance of the Development Manager and is accountable for achieving an annual sales target across a predefined range of products through either single or multiple sales channels as defined by the requirements of the County’s sales strategy. •Prepares and analyzes sales forecast results reports and presentations including analyses of variances vs. budgeted forecasts for the intermediate team.
