Account opening experience in SBI (shivaji talao, bhandup branch) date 17-08-2013 for aadhar id linkup Day 1 - Me : i want to open saving account. executive : come at 9am tomorrow. Day 2 - Me (at 9.10am) : Hi, I am here mam. Executive : Ohh. we are giving it for first 5 peoples for day. Me : ok mam. Day 3 - Me (sharp at 8.55 am): GM mam. May i submit form today. Executive : sorry sir.today it is saturday.we are accepting only from monday to friday. Me (angry) : It is frustrating. I am coming for last 3 days and still you are not opeing my account. Executive (angry) : speak with manager. Branch Manager : where is your salary account? Me (politely) : HDFC. Branch Manager : Ohh. So for subsidy only you want to open account in SBI !! Please start to transfer your salary to SBI account. Me (Shocked) : Ok mam :(. No one want such lazy peoples in system. Please share this post so that one day atleast this post will reach them and they feel guilty for themselves..
