Accountant Job Location: India Requirements: Immediately Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting Age Range: 25-30 Preferred Gender: Any Industry: Construction Nationality: Indian only Salary Maximum: IRS. 360,000/- per year Language: English Interviewed: Required Job Description: • Prepare bank reconciliation of banks • Properly maintain records of project wise revenue, expense, net profits, inventory, receivables, receipts, amounts invoiced etc • Maintain records of payables and creditors • Prepare ledgers, trial balance and monthly accounts, quarterly and annual accounts • Liaise with auditors and conduct the audit of the accounts • Review addition and deletion in fixed assets and maintain records thereof • Update project costs • Compare estimated costs of projects with actual, variance analysis, evaluation of project, • Prepare all vouchers pertaining to payments and receipts • Maintain records of payroll and process salaries, prepare attendance sheets etc • Maintain records of project wise customers and related receivables • Immediately record the transactions of amounts invoiced, amounts credited, amounts paid, expenses incurred and update balances of receivables and payables. At every day end, there should be an updated list for all these accounts. • Reconcile the records with associated companies • Maintain records of intercompany transfers • Any other job as assigned by seniors • Keep complete statutory records of transactions as required by the taxation authorities of India • Keep complete statutory records of books as required by companies laws and other commercial laws • File necessary forms, documents, and information as required under the taxation, labor and other laws • Liaise with CFO and head office and carry on the transactions as per Companys Policy and head offices authorizations • Deal with the banks for financings, loans, LC , bonds etc as and when required by the company • Assist to implement the accounting software Interested candidates send your resume in word file (include phone numbers, skype ID, Email) and all work experience, trainings/degree certificates– Email: Jak.Arious5@gmail Note: Must write position title and applying country name on the subject box while sending email to us.
