JOB SUMMARY: The Financial Officer provides both operational and programmatic support to the company. This position supervises the finance unit and is the chief financial spokesperson for the company. Job Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Graduate of BS Accountancy, or other related degree. CPA board passer is an advantage, but not required. 2. Must have more than 3 years experience in the field, preferably in Supervisory or Managerial Capacity overseeing General Accounting. 3. Knowledge on accounting systems such as Quickbooks, SAP, etc. 4. Proficient in MS Office Applications particularly MS Excel. 5. Aggressive, self-starter and requires minimal supervision. 6. With strong business acumen and leadership skills. 7. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Can interact across departments and different levels of the organization. 8. Experience working with Poultry, Farming or Agri-business an advantage. 9. Preferably resident of Bamban, Capas, Concepcion, Tarlac or other nearby areas.
