How would your clients describe you? They would say that I am tenacious and hardworking. They also know I’m very knowledgeable about pricing and current market conditions. Past buyers and sellers say that I’m a caring and compassionate person, too, and I think that is critical in building relationships during high-stress times like a purchase or sale situation. What is the one thing that your clients should know about you? I am always completely honest about the market, and I will tell them what they NEED to know – not just what they want to hear. All my clients get my complete and utmost personal attention. What brings you the most satisfaction in your work? Nothing makes me happier than the end result of a transaction. Fulfilling a clients’ need is very rewarding. I gain enormous satisfaction from successfully negotiating an agreement between buyers and sellers. A seller who has received my professional service and feels that they have maximized the value of their home is very satisfying. First-time homebuyers are so enjoyable. Everything to do with the home search is new and exciting to them, and they really need expert guidance. It is an honor to be trusted by a first-time buyer and to be able to assist them in fulfilling their dream of home ownership. What makes you different than others in your profession? My professionalism, my work ethic and integrity, and my attention to detail - no detail is too small - are also attributes that I bring to all transactions
