Accounts Receivable Specialist To sustain its fast paced growth trend, TIMWE maintains a clear spotlight on new businesses and needs to reinforce the Accounts Receivable area. In that context, TIMWE is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position will be based in Portugal, Lisbon. Responsibilities: - Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines; - Send invoices to customers; - Maintain accounts receivable customer files; - Monthly analysis - Receivables VS Forecast; - Factoring - Billing and controlling; - Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities; - Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues - investigate and resolve customer queries; - Prepare and maintain various reports (debt ageing, DSO, cash-flow forecast); - Reconciliation of customer accounts. Profile - Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or other relevant to this function; - Experience in working in Accounts Receivable department; - Ability to work in fast paced and flexibility to adjust to a permanently changing environment; - Hands-on , proactive and problem solving person; - Fluent in English (Spanish also is a plus); - Relevant SAP experience desirable and strong knowledge of MS OFFICE required; Interested candidates should send their applications with subject ARS 2013 and detailed comprehensive C.V to recruitment@timwe
