Achievement of the Embassy of Afghanistan, Islamabad Meeting of Misri Khan Momand the Representative of MoRR, Embassy of Afghanistan Islamabad with Dr.Imran Zeb with the Chief Commissioner of Afghan Refugees held in CCAR office Islamabad, it has been decided that henceforth, the issuance of duplicate/triplicate PoR Cards from NADRA to relevant Afghan refugees residing in pakistan will not require the registration of FIR with the relevant police stations but instead would require endorsement from the designated representative of the Ministry of Repatriation and Rehabilitation (MoRR) of Afghanistan Based in the relevant offices of the Embassy of Afghanistan in pakistan, However, NADRA will ensure the completion of other prerequisites in this respect prior to thr inssuance of duplicate PoR cards as per its policy/procedure.
