Acknowledge that u dont get to define other people’s comfort level with u. Which is to say that u may be nice and engaging and fun to be around — and still come off as irritating to some1 else. Yes, ths apparently has struck some to be dreadfully unfair, with the implication being that other people responding to u as annoying btch when in fact ur just tryin to make an effort to extend, get involve, and care. Indeed, regardless of ur simple efforts to present urself in a certain way, it is almost certain u will come across to some other people as not that way at all, and possibly do not care at all. Such is life. Whew!
