Acknowledgement Ly Brothers Limited Group is a local group of company which is established on December 1, 1997. First, the Group is only the local family business. Regarding to economical development in Cambodia, the Group transforms himself from local Standard business to the Group of Company which lead seven companies. The Group provides goods and construction services to government and private sectors. Until now the Group needs transparency and accountability with financial statement, so we determine to perform with right activities for all staff. In the accounting system management; QuickBooks, needs to key in with job code and material, tools, heavy equipment and other spare parts codes, so we are Purchase and Stock Division response with this works. This project needs much advice from Technical Department, Financial Department and Suppliers. Therefore, to thank those departments and suppliers, Mr. Toeung Savon and I, Chan Vichea would like to express our sincere as following: First, we would like to thank to Mr. Ly Sang Leng, General Director of Ly Brothers Limited Group, Mr. Chea Virak, Vice- General Director, and Mr. Chea Sam Ath, Vice-General Director, who have established the Group, and given us the opportunities to work within the Group. In addition, we would like to express our sincere to Mr. Ping Phaseng, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Suy Chhay Leang, Purchase and Stock Manager, assigning us to create materials, tools, heavy equipments, and other spare part codes. Last, we would like to thank all our colleagues that encourage us to create and complete this project. We hope that all these codes will facilitate to account system management. Nevertheless, these codes are not very perfect to use all kinds of material within the Group; it is just help accountant to post the expenses of construction material, goods sold, inventory in and inventory out.
