Action For All is raffling off 2 lift tickets for Snowshoe and they have asked us to help promote it! Tickets are $15 to enter. The goal of this raffle is to raise funds to help get children involved in the action sports, and to enable them to visit local resorts for lessons, clinics, and team opportunities. You may remember seeing them at some of our events this year!!! :) Action for All is a 501(c)3 non profit that was born out of the desire to bring the action sports to our local community. The action sports offer a great outlet for youth in our community to get active, learn a sport, and develop leadership skills and discipline. Unfortunately, the cost associated with action sports can be quite high. Nowadays it can cost as much to go to a ski resort for a single day, as it does to take a beach vacation for a week. With these prices on the rise, it has becoming increasingly difficult for children of all backgrounds and incomes to take part. At Action for All we strive to bring action sports to all children that wish to take part. We will work with community partners to establish funding, location, and educational opportunities to get participants involved. Our participants will have a chance to not only engage in lessons, but also to attend clinics, have opportunities to attend camps, and even join local teams.
