Wish me luck - Im meeting the General Manager of the Grand Hotel - Brighton tomorrow in an attempt to convince him to switch his hotels policy on eggs...currently they use enriched caged eggs only in all dining...utterly bonkers in this day and age (especially with the brand image they try to trade on) .so my evening is spent building the powerpoint case for them to start to supply free range eggs and tomorrow...lunchtime, in a Starbucks near Liverpool St Station.I shall be a fierce chicken lady and holy crap almighty...I intend to win!
