Action needed: Brook Farm - 14/02931/AOP. A new planning application has been submitted following the withdrawal of the original application. The new plan shows a revised entrance to the development and a change to the housing layout. Any comments that were submitted against the original application will not be considered for this new application so if you did send in a comment originally then please send it in again with the new planning reference 14/02931/AOP. Also if you didnt send one before please do now. Four houses might not seem worth commenting on but this development is linked to the large Brook Street/College Road application - the same applicant, same developer and on immediately adjacent land with very close access roads.
