Activism should not be concentrated on making everybody poor but on making everybody actively engaged in the development process create real wealth beyond just using the raw materials for export. When we become focused on providing for our people; we shall see businesses organisational knowledge, under proper management as the finest set of technique to do the job. The reasons behind the change of communist nation’s economic policies are all clear. It is evident, they were not providing enough benefits for the people above the no frills level. They are now educating the people about business and that speaks for itself. A business should have managers who can make it competitive on a world scale. It should be able to pay wages to its current employees and pensions to the retired ex-employees. This should always be at a level, which allows good living standard even after retirement! Now, if anyone is discouraging business and financial studies; they are also effectively discouraging equitable job creation knowledge and commercially viable businesses to produce product and provide services of high standards. Even if a company is non-profit; it should have high standards in management and customer services. We are challenged to develop our business and professional skills to build self sustaining profit or non-profit organisation.
