Actress Polly Bergen, who passed away this weekend, released several albums in the 50s and early 60s. Her only chart hit was the 1958 song Come Prima, sung partly in Italian, which got to #67 on Billboard. It might have gone higher but there was a competing version by a male singer named Tony Dallara which got to #60. On the Cash Box chart, where different versions of a song shared an entry, the two records combined to hit #24, along with a third version by Domenico Modugno.
