Acts 3:17 Friends, I realize that what you and your leaders did to Jesus was done in ignorance. Luke 24:26 Wasnt it clearly predicted that the Messiah would have to suffer all these things before entering His glory? Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. 1Corinthians 15:4 He was buried, and He was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said. 1Peter 1:10 This salvation was something even the prophets wanted to know more about when they prophesied about this gracious salvation prepared for you. 1Peter 1:11 They wondered what time or situation the Spirit of Christ within them was talking about when He told them in advance about Christs suffering and His great glory afterward.
