Actually I am beyond pissed off ! The person I happen to be married to not only did he lend his truck to Tim Shampine he let him take our beagle for a ride with him. While doing so, he forgot about him whe he was out of the truck.... And dragged him down the road by his kneck And leash for about a mile.... Someone had to pull beside him and tell him to pull over! WTF! And the vet cant tell me as part owner , the condition Chop was brought in to the vet in.... Confidentiality! BS! I have to send to the State Police for the FUC&in report I dont think I have EVER been so angry ...ANGRY! Poor POOR CHOPCHOP! All his toes on the front paws are gone! Seriously neither of you should have any pets !
