Acute vaginitis / urethritis A white woman, 41, complains pain, dry, itchy at her vagina with unknown reason for 3 days and gotten worse. She took pain pill but helpless. “What did you do 3 days ago?” I asked. “Um…I don’t remember. I went hiking for a long distance, and I felt bad after that. Is it related with my symptoms?” “Yes, I already know how to help you. Please face down on the treatment table.” I am very sure her vaginitis is caused by the "injured points" at the bottom, located at the both lateral straight lines next to sacrum. So, I didn’t focus on what she complains, but treated these points with proper pressure/rubbing by my elbow (Olecranon process) for 30 seconds on each side. Then she told me the symptoms were all gone. It reminded me the other case. Last year, there was a woman with acute urethritis. She had to urinate urgently every 5 minutes and felt pain each time in the duration. I did same treatment on her and she felt much better right away. Because she knew the whole idea how to maintain and improve this instant result, she used heat pad on her bottom for 24 hours daily, drank strong-enough ginger water in warm as daily drinking water every day, and stopped cold/cool diet at the same time. She told me her urethritis was 20% left after treatment and gradually went less, and totally gone on the 5th day.
